From “Bro science” to flat out false information, It took ten years of dedication and hard-earned lessons to transform my health and body, culminating in my decision to compete as a natural bodybuilder. After achieving my fitness goals, I became a personal trainer to help others navigate their own health transformations. I later made a career shift into data analytics simply because I have a passion for doing research and uncovering insights through data.
